Leah N. Wade is a skilled strategist with more than 10 years of experience in organizational development, philanthropy, and nonprofit management.
Leah has worked in several capacities within the public sector, concentrated in private and community philanthropy. Leah supports high-net-worth individuals and families, leading portfolio management activities and designed operating systems to advance strategic initiatives.
Her career has centered on the intersection of public service and operational excellence with positions that have allowed her to work in organizational development, grant management, community engagement, donor advising, program development/evaluation, and leadership development.
Leah is a 21/64 Certified Advisor, Council on Foundations Career Pathways Fellow, EMERGE America’s Young Leaders Cabinet member, and a Child Defender Fellow with the Children’s Defense Fund.
Leah is a graduate of Texas A&M University and the University of Connecticut. Leah is a native of Houston, Texas. She is a member of The Links, Incorporated, and mentor to middle school and college students.
