- Strengthen the self-governing community structure, and
- Enhance the value of residential property in community associations.

DHCA is pleased to announce the launch of a new Common Area Assistance Loan Fund for Common Ownership Communities, including Condominium Associations, Cooperatives “Co-Ops,” and HOAs experiencing financial hardship in their efforts to address immediate health or safety repairs, as documented by professional assessments or government citations.
