Under the Farmland Drive Sidewalk Project, the installation of 5-foot-wide, ADA-compliant, concrete sidewalk along Farmland Drive was proposed to residents in the Old Farm community in Rockville.
The Farmland Drive Sidewalk Proposal was issued to residents for comment on June 11, 2019 and was the subject of a Public Hearing on February 19, 2020. On June 23, 2020, the Hearing Officer’s Recommendations approving the sidewalk installation was signed by Director, Christopher Conklin. The Farmland Drive Sidewalk Project was constructed during the week of September 21, 2020.
