Parking are available in the Council Office Building (COB) Parking Garage to employees and the public. The COB Garage is adjacent to the COB Building located at 100 Maryland Ave, Rockville, MD 20850.
Rockville Core employees must use the Fleet Street or the Monroe Street entrances to access the COB Garage. Access at these entrances are by Key Card only.
Visiting employees with out access may park up to 4 hours for free in the Visitor's section, located in the lower level of the garage. Visiting employees requiring more than 4 hours may have their ticket validated at the COB Security Desk. The Visitor Parking entrance is accessible from E. Jefferson Street or from Monroe Street.
Visitors must pay to park in the COB Garage. There are eight handicap spaces in the COB Visitor parking area, located on the bottom floor of the parking garage. The Visitor Parking entrance is accessible from E. Jefferson Street or from Monroe Street.
