For Bethesda and White Oak customers: to ensure that your holds are sent to the branch location of your choice during the refresh projects at these branches, please follow the instructions under Using My Account, My Holds: Edit PickUp Location.

Once you make this change, your holds will be sent to your new location. You will have to complete this step again if you want to change your holds pickup location back to Bethesda or White Oak.

Sign up for email or text notification or update your notification type and settings! Keeping your notifications up to date is the best way to stay current with your library account. Standard text message rates from your service plan apply if using text message alerts.

Forgot your PIN? Try your four-digit birth year. You can also request your PIN by calling Ask-a-Librarian at 240-777-0001 or contacting your local library branch.
