Summer Fun Centers

Summer Fun Centers are some of the many Montgomery County Recreation gems you’ll discover this summer. Join us for six weeks of organized fun, with well-planned and supervised activities. We encourage participants to come every day for the variety of activities and themes throughout the summer. Enjoy creative and fun crafts, sports, games, music and special events. We also offer Summer Fun Center Extended at five locations in August.

Sample Daily Schedule
8-9 a.m.	Check-in, greet friends, low key activities and supervised free play
9-9:30 a.m.	Morning wake up and warm up
9:30 a.m.-5 p.m.	Programs filled with themed activities, sports, games, music, drama, trips, special events and lunch
5-6 p.m.	Snack, cool down and checkout

Summer Fun Centers Quick Facts

Limited extended week sites: Aug. 4-8 and Aug. 11-15
Full Day: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Transportation is not provided.
Programs will not meet on July 4
Campers attending must bring their lunch and drink.

Summer Outdoor Adventure

Live the life of adventure. We created a camper experience with a variety of new and traditional camp activities all while enjoying spending time in the great outdoors. We have rounded up some of the most thrill-seeking staff around to bring you an action-packed summer. We will have; frisbees, relays, hopsacks, kickball, scarf tag, beach bucket relays, hula hoops and much more. What could be more fun than playing all these games in the sun? Every day will be packed with summer adventure for kids just like you.
