Register

• We encourage team managers to register online at www.activemontgomery.org.

Rosters

• All players must join the appropriate team roster. See important dates below.
• Every player must be listed on the team roster.
• All rosters will be done online except for Men's 65 and over league. Players can enroll on team roster created by league manager for free using the passcode the team manager creates during team registration. All players must be on the roster before the start of the season. Rosters will be due before week 1. Team managers will need to enroll on to roster on top of registering the team. Further player enrollment information will be given to team manger upon team registration.

Playoffs

• Playoffs occur in the spring season. Top teams qualify for the playoffs. These games are in addition to the regular game schedule. No playoffs for the fall season.

Scheduling Requests

• Any scheduling considerations/requests must be made at the time of registration, but are not guaranteed.
• Games will not be changed after schedules have been completed.

Fees

• See ActiveMontgomery.org for league fees.
• Forfeit Fee – Any team forfeiting two games will be dropped from the league unless they post a $100 forfeit fee for reinstatement.

Payment Plans

• Optional team payment plans are available when registering through ActiveMontgomery. The first half of the payment is due upon registration and the second half is due three weeks into the season.

Refund Policy

• No refunds after the schedules are released or posted on the Recreation website.
