Clinics Information
Interested in learning lacrosse?
Join our Co-Ed Instructional Lacrosse Clinic where players of all skill levels can learn and grow in a fun, supportive environment! We provide all the necessary equipment, including sticks and goggles, so all you need to bring is an interest in learning more about the game.

Duration: Typically a five-to-six-week program that takes place in fall and spring.

Age Breakdown: Ages are separated into 6-10 and 11-14.

Equipment Required: Closed-toe shoes are acceptable; non-metal cleats are recommended.

Coaches: Current high school coaches and players organize and run the clinics.

Rules: We play with a modified set of rules similar to girls' lacrosse but with boys' lacrosse sticks. This allows for both boys and girls to participate!
