The Silver Spring Senior Center is located within the Silver Spring Recreation and Aquatic Center in Downtown Silver Spring. Montgomery County's newest senior center offers a wide-variety of programs and services for County residents 55+. Exercise, health, sports, educational, wellness and social activities are provided on a daily basis. Workshops, short-term classes and introductory demonstrations are also offered. Make sure to check out regularly scheduled drop-in sports (basketball, pickleball, volleyball, table tennis etc.) informal social activities, special events, the nutrition program, lectures, volunteer opportunities and more.

Saturday - Sunday: 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
