Montgomery County, Maryland (“County”) through the County’s Department of Transportation (“DOT”), seeks viable proposals from qualified teams for a development project at Public Parking Garage 4 in the Silver Spring Parking Lot District. Public Parking Garage No. 4 is located at 913 Silver Spring Ave. and is bounded by Fenton Street to the east, Sligo Avenue to the south, Mayor Lane to the west and Silver Spring Avenue to the north. The site is approximately 90,440 square feet in size and houses a garage and small surface lots which total over 800 parking spaces.
