Other Media

Following an emergency, television and radio stations will often report information provided by local governments. If your home has no power, keeping a battery-powered or crank radio in your emergency kit will ensure you can tune into radio news programs.

The following channels often provide news in advance of or immediately following an emergency. Please note that channel numbers may vary based on your service provider. Check your listings for exact station numbers.
