Bike Match Montgomery County

Have a bike? Need a bike?

COVID-19 has changed people’s day to day routines. People who typically rely on public transit are looking for other modes of transportation. This has resulted in many people turning to biking as a primary mode of of transportation. As the County expands activities through phased re-openings, more people - including both essential and non-essential workers - are in need of safe, reliable, and inexpensive travel to work and other places throughout the County.

That’s why BikeMatchMoCo was created. This new, free service, enables people with extra, unused bicycles to connect with individuals who can use the bicycle for commuting or running errands.

Have a bike or need a bike? Click below for information or to complete the registration form. Know someone without internet access? Contact us to be mailed a paper form: (240) 777-8380.
