Meeting Agendas

Meetings are currently being held in Hybrid format (both In-Person and virtually), the First and Third Thursday night from 7pm-9pm. The next meeting will be on May 16, 2024.

Please refer to the Montgomery County Boards, Committees and Commissions Meeting Calendar which will note whether the meeting is being held virtual only or hybrid, with virtual and location details noted.

Meeting agendas will be hyperlinked to their corresponding date when available and include a link to join the meeting virtually using Zoom.
