Online Reservation for Athletic Fields

Customers may check availability and reserve time at the following County athletic fields during the opening seasons through ActiveMONTGOMERY.

  • Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) - Elementary and Middle Schools Athletic Fields
  • Montgomery County Department of Recreation (MCRD) - Community Recreation Centers Athletic Fields

IMPORTANT NOTES: Field time at many sites is assigned directly to sports leagues and organizations. The Montgomery County Community Use of Public Facilities (CUPF) recommends that you contact your organization with any practice or game field needs before submitting a facility reservation request via ActiveMONTGOMERY.

County fields may be reserved on the half-hour. And, on days when County schools are in session, elementary school fields maybe reserved beginning at 3:30 pm or 4:00 pm; middle school fields at 5:30 pm.

Artificial Turf Field, High School Natural Grass Fields, and Track

Contact the respective High School ADs directly to have them send an email approval for the use of a natural grass field.
Goals, equipment, and lines are not guaranteed and must be arranged with the school administration

  • Additional fees applied for restrooms access and staffing.
