Building Performance Improvement Board
The Building Performance Improvement Board (BPIB) is made of up 15 voting members who advise on implementation of building energy performance standards (BEPS).

In August, 2023, the BPIB finalized a report summarizing their Recommendations on Building Energy Performance Standards Regulations (PDF).
Meeting Schedule
- The BPIB typically meets every third Wednesday of the month between 11 am and 1 pm.
- Upcoming meetings will be posted on the County's Boards Calendar, which can be found by filtering for the "Building Performance Improvement Board."
- BPIB meetings are open to the public. Meetings may be postponed due to holidays, weather, or other factors, so please contact DEP to determine if the Committee is meeting at the designated time and place.
