Above-ground containers (rain barrels and cisterns) attach to roof downspouts. They store rainwater, allowing it to be reused.

PER GALLON200 gallon minimum (townhomes: 100 gallon minimum)
- $250 maximum for rain barrel projects
- $500 maximum for cisterns
- Total maximum of $750 per property if both rain barrels and cisterns are used
