Your property must submit an Annual Recycling Report every year by February 1, in accordance with Montgomery County Executive Regulation 1-15: Residential and Commercial Recycling.

You'll receive a notification approximately 2 months before the due date. If you don't receive a notification, contact Ruth Carbonell at  Ruth.Carbonell@MontgomeryCountyMD.gov or 240-777-6486.
