How to Apply
The Department of Health and Human Services contracts with The Arc Montgomery to run the Respite Care Program. Call the The Arc Montgomery Respite Services program at 301-984-5777 x1204 to request an application. Once application is completed and apporoved, the Respite Care Program staff will work with the family to locate an appropriate provider.

A completed application should be mailed to The Arc Montgomery Respite Services. The mailing address is 7362 Calhoun Place, Rockville, MD 20855.
Eligibility Requirements
Must be a caregiver for a frail elderly individual, a child or adult with a disability or a child with severe behavioral needs.
Fees and Payments
Fees are based on a sliding scale depending on income.
