Montgomery Cares - Locations

The Montgomery Cares clinics are geographically located throughout Montgomery County to provide access for residents. Montgomery County Government does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the products, services, or information described or offered through the Montgomery Cares clinics. Montgomery County Government assumes no liability or responsibility for the services rendered through the individual clinics, nor the actions of the clinics and its employees.

As of July 1, 2019, the Department of Health and Human Services' (DHHS) Office of Eligibility and Support Services (OESS) will conduct eligibility for the Montgomery Cares program. Residents must visit an OESS location or one of ten participating clinics where staff can assist with eligibility determination.
