Social Services to Adults

SSTA provides short-term case management, and seeks to enable maximum client self-sufficiency in the community and to reduce inappropriate institutionalization. SSTA case management is geared to mitigating those factors that may lead to abuse, neglect, self-neglect and/or exploitation. Often the case management is related to a specific need such as personal care, or the need for assessment to determine a plan of care.
