Montgomery Perinatal Program
The Montgomery Perinatal Program (formerly, the Maternity Partnership Program) provides home based case management services to at-risk pregnant and parenting families who reside in Montgomery County. Clients can be uninsured or a recipient of Medicaid. Services include support, guidance and education during the pregnancy and up to one year postpartum.
