Filing Instructions

If you wish to file an appeal with the MSPB, please do so on the MSPB website by completing the Appeal Form. Alternatively, you may submit an Appeal Form by an email sent to: [email protected]. Be sure to attach any required documents, such as a Notice of Disciplinary Action, notice of nonselection/nonpromotion, or copy of a decision by the Chief Administrative Officer. The MSPB will acknowledge receipt of your appeal and will let you know if anything is missing. Your appeal will be noted as having been filed on the date and time recorded on the website or shown on your email.

After your appeal has been filed, other correspondence and pleadings should be emailed to [email protected]

An original and three (3) hard copies of pleadings must also be sent to the Board, via U.S. Mail, to the following address:

Correspondence and pleadings will be considered filed on the date and time reflected on your email.
