Longwood Community Recreation Center is located off Georgia Avenue, between Olney and the Town of Brookeville. It serves both the 13-square-mile Olney community, as well as the .12 square-mile Brookeville community.
Olney is a growing residential area that is home to about 34,000 people living in approximately 12,000 homes. The much smaller, historic community of Brookeville is home to fewer than 140 people, living in 44 homes.
The Longwood Community Recreation Center offers a variety of recreational activities for all ages and abilities, including open gym activities, arts & crafts, sports and fitness training classes, family special events, summer programs, social events and much more.
