Liz Richards
Liz Richards moved to Montgomery County in 2014. She served in the Air Force, where she advocated on issues related to the mental-health and wellbeing for service members, such as nursing mothers’ rooms. After leaving the service, Liz returned to school, earning a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Towson University. During her time at Towson University, Liz studied issues related to gender-based violence. After graduate school, she joined Fors Marsh’s Military Health and Wellbeing team, where she focuses on sexual violence and workplace climate within the armed services. In the community, Liz volunteers with Girls on the Run of Montgomery County, leading lessons that teach girls coping skills while training to run a 5K.
