Library patrons park for free at any of the three Rockville Town Square Garage locations, which are clearly labeled Garage A (letter A in green - accessible from Maryland Avenue entrance near Beall Avenue and from Hungerford Drive), Garage B (letter B in blue - accessible from the driveway between Gold's Gym and Pandora), and Garage C. Parking is also free evenings after 7 p.m., on weekends and City of Rockville, Maryland holidays. Other garages and lots not owned by the City have varying rates and hours. Parking is also available at street meters.

If you are visiting the library select the 15 minutes free for library patrons option at garage pay stations, then go to the pay station in the library where free parking can be accessed for up to two hours.
