Grievances

One of the Office of Labor Relations key functions is to administer grievances that arise under the County’s collective bargaining agreements and/or the personnel regulations. Grievances are initiated differently based on representation; initiation source identified as follows:

• FRS - Contact Bargaining Unit Representative - IAFF Local 1664
• MCGEO - Contact Bargaining Unit Representative - MCGEO Local 1994
• POL - Contact FOP President - FOP Lodge 35
• Unrepresented - Grievance Submission Form Unrepresented Employees
