Weekends & Evenings
Two of our centers are open during non-traditional 55+ programming times to offer adults who are working or otherwise occupied the opportunity to take part in a variety of programs, lectures and workshops in the evening or on weekends. Many exercise, dance and educational classes and seminars are also offered.
Schweinhaut Senior Center is open on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., offering a variety of classes, social events, drop-in programs, lectures and workshops for those who prefer weekend activities.
Each of our other Senior Centers schedules some evening classes, presentations and/or special events throughout the year, and on request if there is enough interest. Contact the Senior Programs office at 240-777-4925 directly for additional information.
