About Us

The Division of Facilities Management (DFM) is a customer-driven support organization responsible for providing facilities management services to all agencies and offices, with available resources. We are committed to planning, developing and maintaining a safe, sustainable and high quality working environment for County residents and employees of Montgomery County Government.

Office Hours:
Monday to Friday 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

All calls after 4:00 P.M. and on weekends are forwarded directly to a Standby Supervisor.
