Westside at Shady Grove Metro: Under Construction
The final townhomes on the site are under construction. The balance of the townhomes, two-over-two condominiums and the first two mixed-use buildings with multifamily rental units and ground floor retail space are completed. The County anticipates selling the land for the final multifamily rental building to EYA by the end of 2024. More information may be found at: https://www.eya.com/development/shady-grove.

OPD selected EYA as the County’s development partner to be the master planner for all of the County Service Park, to redevelop the western side of Crabbs Branch Way, known as Shady Grove Westside, and to design and build County infrastructure. EYA will redevelop Shady Grove Westside with 1,521 residential dwelling units, including 211 Moderately Priced Dwelling Units (MPDUs) and 116 Workforce Housing (WF) units; 41,828 square feet of retail; and a public library.
