HIV Care and Case Management

This program provides HIV services, including: case management, a diagnostic evaluation unit, HIV outpatient clinic services, HIV dental care, and nutritional and addiction counseling. On-going support groups are available for anyone who is HIV positive or has AIDS. Home health care services are offered as needed. Education and outreach to at risk populations are also provided.
