Missed street service requests can’t be submitted until neighborhood plowing operations are complete.
If you believe that your street was missed, then follow the instructions below to submit a missed street service request.
- Go to the County's Check Snow Removal Status web page
- Submit a street address using the form provided

If the following conditions are met, then you may
report a missed street
- The street found must be a neighborhood route
- The storm operations stage must be equal to Stage 4 or Stage 5
- The street's snow removal status indicates that it has been cleared or made passable
- Then, select the Create Service Request button, complete the required form fields, and click the Submit Service Request button

Submit an online service request to the Maryland State Highway Administration or call them at 301.513.7300 for roads with route number designations (such as MD-200), roads prefixed with the letter I (i.e.. I-270), or roads prefixed with US (such as US-29). Interstate and state road signs, maintained by the State of Maryland, are provided below.
