Board Meeting Information

All meetings are open to the public, begin at 3:00 pm and are held in our office at 18753 N Frederick Avenue in Gaithersburg unless otherwise specified.

Meetings are broadcast using Zoom.

Should you have any questions related to the Board, please call 240-777-8549. If you would like to address the Board during the Public Comment period, please follow the procedures for Public Participation.
The Board asks that all online and inperson observers of its meetings or canvass sessions provide their full names when signing in to attend.

Polling Place Changes

State law provides that interested individuals and organizations may sign up to be notified about Board of Elections meetings at which proposed polling place changes will be discussed and may testify upon request. Please  sign-up to receive these notices.
