I sent a memo to my Council colleagues requesting that the Montgomery County Department of Transportation identify the costs and expected benefits of free or reduced fare Ride On service in Fiscal Year 2022. The Transportation & Environment Committee will discuss Ride On fares during an April 30 budget work session.
