Applications | Licensure & Regulatory Services
We provide online applications to decrease the use of paper and our impact on the environment. Applications for two licenses--Certified Food Manager and Pool Operator--must be completed in person at the Licensure & Regulatory Services office (2425 Reedie Drive, 9th floor, Wheaton).
Accessing applications online is a two-step process:
- Register for an account on the CivicGov Resident Portal
