  1. Confirm placement of existing fundraising structures approved by M-NCPPC and used the past 22 years for fundraising purposes.
  2. Clarify the conditions for approval of the Special Exception to include “fundraising” as approved use.

The property is located at 4501 Olney-Laytonsville Road, Olney, Maryland 20832, also known as Lot 5 of the Brooke Farm Subdivision in the AR Zone (Tax Account 08-03087577)
