- Traffic flow improvements at two gates on Rockville Pike and three gates on Jones Bridge Road.
- On-campus roadway and intersection improvements.
- Three additional parking garages for staff, patients and visitors.
- Transit and car pool incentives for National Naval Medical Center personnel
