Germantown/Milestone/Upcounty Transit Centers Expansion

Germantown Transit Center Expansion

• This project provides for a facility planning study of expansion of the Germantown Transit Center to address the need for additional bus routes, serving Germantown, Clarksburg and Damascus. The existing transit center, serving as a Timed Transfer center, has 6 bus bays with 8 bus routes.

Milestone Transit Center Expansion

• This project provides for a facility planning study of expansion of the Milestone Transit Center to address the need for additional commuter parking and bus bays for immediate-term, mid-term and long-term improvements. The existing transit center has 216 commuter parking spaces and two linear bus bays.

Upcounty Park-and-Ride Expansion

• This project provides for a facility planning study to address the need for Park & Ride expansion at the existing transit locations as well new locations in the upcounty region.
