Description : This project provides for Facility Planning of Observation Drive from Water Discovery Lane (existing road) to approximately 1/4 mile south of Stringtown Road/southern end of the developer's Observation Drive completed section. It will provide the missing segments between those portions of the road that will be built by developers.
