Description : This project provides facility planning to study the completion of the eastern connection between Observation Drive and MD 355, approximately 1,000 feet. The developer portion of the roadway has been constructed from Observation Drive and running east for approximately 500 feet. Observation Drive Extended between Roberts Tavern Drive and Waters Discovery Lane is currently under preliminary engineering. Roberts Tavern Road would complete the roadway network within this area of Clarksburg.
