MCER NO. 4-05T: TEMPORARY FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICE REGULATION - Procedures for Fire and Rescue Commission Appeal Hearings SUMMARY: This temporary regulation 4-05T, Procedures for Fire and Rescue Commission Appeal Hearings, adopts the procedures to govern the hearings of Fire and Rescue Commission appeals in accordance with Section 21-7 of the Montgomery County Code, 1994, as amended. These procedures apply to appeals filed by volunteer firefighters or rescuers aggrieved by an adverse final action by the Fire Chief or a local fire and rescue department involving the removal, demotion, suspension, or other disciplinary action applied specifically to that individual. The regulation superseded the Fire and Rescue Commission Interim policy No. 1-06 and became effective January 28, 2005. AUTHORIZATION: Montgomery County Code, 1994, Section 21-2(D)(4), 21-7(c). MCER NO. 13-05T: TEMPORARY DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS REGULATION - Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit Program
SUMMARY: This temporary regulation 13-05T, Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit Program, repeals and replaces the provisions of Executive Regulation 35-90 which established sales prices for MPDUs, Executive Regulation 75-92 which established the policies and procedures for the administration of the Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit Program, Executive Regulation 7-94 which established alternative methods of meeting the MPDU requirements, Executive Regulation 14-04 which established the maximum income limits for MPDU Program, Executive Regulation 11-02 which established maximum rental rates for garden apartments, and Executive Regulation 19-02, which established a priority system for the sale of MPDUs.
