MCER 14-05: PROPOSED HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION REGULATION - Historic Preservation Commission Rules, Guidelines and Procedures
SUMMARY: The proposed regulation establishes rules, guidelines and procedures that are necessary for the proper transaction of the business of the Historic Preservation Commission. Additional guidance is added to the regulation to address historic issues prompted by safety concerns. The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 27-97.
