MCER NO. 20-05:  PROPOSED INTERAGENCY COORDINATING BOARD FOR COMMUNITY USE OF PUBLIC FACILITIES REGULATION - Community Use of Schools and Other Public Facilities

SUMMARY:  The proposed regulation makes available to the community the use of schools and other public facilities designated by the Chief Administrative Officer.

MCER NO. 21-05:  PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT REGULATION - Local Small Business Reserve Program


SUMMARY:  The proposed regulation defines terms related to the Local Small Business Reserve Program and designates:  the types of procurements subject to the requirements of the program; requirements for the using departments to achieve a certain percentage of local small business procurement contracts under the program; the reporting process from a using department to the Department of Economic Development, and then from the Department of Economic Development to the County Council; and the internet posting requirement of certain procurements.
