Gifts Received by the Montgomery County Law Enforcement Gospel Choir

On October 23, 2005, the Montgomery County Law Enforcement Gospel Choir held its annual anniversary celebration at Mount Jezreel Baptist Church in Silver Spring, Maryland . The effort was also used as an occasion to collect monetary donations for the following charities:

q Hearts and Homes for Youth

q Injured and Ill Police Employees' Network

Permission to accept funds was granted under Montgomery County Executive Order #289-05. Mount Jezreel Baptist Church collected the funds during the church offering. Therefore, most of the donations are from anonymous sources. All donations were given on October 23, 2005. A total of $1,883.30 was donated; $940 was given to each charity
