MCER NO. 17-06AM: ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES REGULATION Requirements for the Supportive Housing Rental Assistance Program SUMMARY: This regulation establishes the standards for eligibility and procedures for the administration of the Supportive Housing Rental Assistance Program. ACTION: Executive Regulation 17-06AM, Requirements for the Supportive Housing Rental Assistance Program was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 review process, effective October 17, 2006.
