MCER NO. 14-07: PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION AND REHABILITATION REGULATION - Home Confinement Service Fees SUMMARY: The proposed regulation sets fees for offenders placed in home confinement by the Department of Correction and Rehabilitation at ten percent of gross earned income per month, up to a maximum of three hundred dollars per month. The proposed regulation would supersede Temporary Regulation 14-07T. MCER NO. 28-07: PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF PERMITTING SERVICES REGULATION - Adoption of the 2006 IBC, IRC, IECC, IMC, IFGC SUMMARY: The proposed regulation adopts the 2006 edition of the International Building Code (IBC), the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC), the International Mechanical Code (IMC) and the International Residential Code (IRC) with amendments. It governs all buildings and structures within Montgomery County. The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 24-04.
