MCER NO. 16-08T: TEMPORARY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND TRANSPORTATION REGULATION - Temporary Taxicab Fuel Rate Surcharge SUMMARY: This temporary regulation provides a temporary taxicab fuel rate surcharge of $1.50 for all taxicab trips. All other rates will remain the same as prescribed in Executive Regulation 19-05. The temporary regulation became effective on May 29, 2008. AUTHORIZATION: Montgomery County Code, 2004, Section 2A-15(j).
