MCER NO. 37-08:  PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF PERMITTING SERVICES REGULATION

                            On- Site Water Systems and On-Site Sewage Disposal Systems

SUMMARY:  The proposed regulation sets minimum standards for the use of on-site water and sewage disposal systems where community water and sewerage systems are not available.  The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 28-93AM.

MCER NO. 2-09:  PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES REGULATION

Local Small Business Reserve Program


SUMMARY:  The proposed regulation modifies the Local Small Business Reserve Program for procurement contracts.  This amendment transfers the responsibility for administering the program to the Department of General Services; increases the threshold amounts for local small business contracts; and increases the minimum percent of the combined value of contracts that using departments must award to local small business.  The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 21-05AM.
