MCER NO. 12-09AM: PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS REGULATION Establishment of Annual Registration Fee for Common Ownership Communities SUMMARY: The proposed regulation establishes a $3.00 annual registration fee for common ownership communities. The fee must be set at an amount sufficient to fund the provision of dispute resolution and technical assistance by the Office of Consumer Protection. The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 9-02.
