MCER NO. 25-08T:  TEMPORARY DEPARTMENT OF FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICE REGULATION - Apparatus Staffing Policy

SUMMARY:  This temporary regulation establishes staffing levels for fire and rescue apparatus.  It is being amended to ensure operational efficiency on all fire and rescue incidents.  This document is being implemented as a Temporary Executive Regulation and will be effective for 90 days, pending the adoption of the permanent Apparatus Staffing Policy Executive Regulation 25-08AM.  This action is necessary to resolve a conflict between provisions in the existing Apparatus Staffing Policy Executive Regulation 14-90AM and the existing Certification Standards for Training, Experience, and Credentialing Requirements Executive Regulation 21-06AM, regarding the minimum staffing requirements for fire suppression apparatus, effective August 19, 2009.

MCER NO. 12-09T:  TEMPORARY DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS REGULATION - Establishment of Annual Registration Fee for Common Ownership Communities

SUMMARY:  This temporary regulation establishes a $3.00 annual registration fee for common ownership communities.  The fee must be set at an amount sufficient to fund the provision of dispute resolution and technical assistance by the Office of Consumer Protection.  Temporary regulation 12-09T supersedes Executive Regulation 9-02, effective .July 1, 2009.
