MCER NO. 9-10: PROPOSED OFFICE OF HUMAN RESOURCES REGULATION Employee Drug and Alcohol Use and Drug and Alcohol Testing SUMMARY: The proposed regulation amends Section 32 of the Personnel Regulations to incorporate relevant portions of Administrative Procedure No. 4-11. Employee Drug/Alcohol Abuse, and the requirements of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration drug testing regulations for County employees who operate certain commercial motor vehicles. The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 12-00AMII, in part, and Administrative Procedure No. 4-11.
